Orders are dispatched within 1 working day from Belfast UK via Royal Mail (untracked). We offer same day dispatch for orders placed before 12pm. During busy periods it may take longer to process your order, and please note that UK delivery may be affected over bank holidays.

COVID19 Update: Throughout this period of uncertainty, we are endeavouring to ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that some deliveries may take longer than normal as our team adapts to the changes in working rules and regulations we are experiencing at this current time.

Please note that due to the huge increase in the volume of orders we have had recently that your order may take longer to ship than normal. Whilst our warehouse team are working extremely hard to get orders out as quickly as possible, it may take up to 2 days for your order to be shipped. 

At present, Royal Mail deliveries may take up to 2 weeks to arrive, so if your Mango Girl parcel has not arrived after this please get in touch with our customer service team.

Our economy European & international orders are taking up to 4 weeks to reach our customers in some locations, so please be aware of this when selecting your delivery option at checkout. Please wait until the delivery timeframe for your order has passed before contacting our customer service team in order to help them deal with the volume of enquiries we are currently getting.

Economy International Delivery Service: Please let us know if your package doesn’t arrive within 21 days of placing your order. If your package does not arrive within this time frame, we will then investigate and either and advise you on the next steps.

*Please note that our economy deliveries to countries outside of the United Kingdom are taking up to three weeks to arrive due to the current situation around Covid-19. ORDER ISSUES AND REFUNDS

We offer all customers a no quibble returns if you are not happy with your order for any reason. 

However, if your product arrives broken or damaged please let us know within 14 days to ensure we are able to help with your request. Please contact us through our contact form and let us know your order number and the reason. We will send you out a returns form to send back with your order.

This does not apply to items purchased from the Mango Girl outlet. If you have purchased any items from the outlet, we are only able to refund your purchase if the item arrives broken or damaged.
